What each line means
Connected accounts
Social accounts linked to the workspace for scheduling and analytics — a Facebook page, an Instagram account, and later a TikTok, YouTube or X account each count as one. This is the main axis because each connected account is synced, read and stored for as long as it stays connected.
Brands
A brand groups the accounts that belong to one identity and owns its design side: colors, logo, fonts and templates. It caps how many distinct identities a workspace can run.
Users
The maximum number of team members who can sign in to your workspace. Anyone with a login counts, whatever their role.
Analytics history
How far back the dashboards, search and reports can read. Data older than the window is kept but not shown; it also sets how far back a newly connected account is brought in.
MCP agent connect
Connect your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to your workspace. Every tool on every plan; what it makes draws from the same allowances as the app, and reads are never counted.
Scheduled posts
Posts published or queued through the scheduler. Not counted on any plan, and there are no daily posting caps.
Content studio
The Create tab: paste a link or an idea and get a finished post, then edit every layer, build carousels and reuse your templates. Included on every plan.
Video editor
Trim, crop, caption and export video for every platform, from the same editor. Included on every plan.
AI report builds
Each time AI writes or changes a report from a plain-English ask. Re-running a saved report, downloading its files and building from a preset are not builds and are always free.
AI graphics
Each AI-generated visual: a single graphic, every slide of a carousel, and each magic grab or decompose. Re-rendering or exporting something already made does not count.
Video exports
Each finished video you export from the video editor.
Custom report templates
How many reusable report shapes the workspace can keep — "monthly performance for these two pages". A definition is the saved question; running it again is free.
Scheduled report delivery
A custom report template that runs itself on a schedule and emails the files to whoever you name. Without it, templates are re-run by hand — still free, just not while you sleep.
Branded / white-label reports
Studio puts your logo and colors on every deck. Agency removes the SupahPost mark entirely, for decks you send to your own clients.
Assistant questions
Questions you ask the Assistant or your own connected AI. Not counted on any plan, within fair use.
Human support
A person answers, by email. Studio and above get priority: your message goes to the front of the queue.
Pricing questions
How is SupahPost billed?
One flat subscription per workspace. It is not per seat and it is not per connected account, so connecting a sixth account does not change the bill — the plan already says how many you get. Monthly or yearly; yearly is twelve months for the price of eleven.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is taken, nothing is charged until the 7 days are up, and you can cancel before then.
Are there credits?
No. Nothing on any plan is priced in credits or tokens. The lines that have a monthly number — AI report builds, AI graphics and video exports — are counted in the thing itself, and every plan shows the count you get before you buy and the count you have used in Settings → Billing.
Does reading my own data cost anything?
No. Dashboards, search, exports of your own numbers, re-running a report you already saved and downloading its files are all free on every plan, as many times as you like.
What happens if I go over a monthly line?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged without you saying so. The workspace keeps working and the line that ran out says so where you meet it, with the option to change plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from Settings → Billing. A higher plan takes effect immediately; a lower one takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
