The basics
What is SupahPost?
A content studio, scheduler, and analytics workspace for people who run social accounts at volume.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will sometimes. Open the post in the editor, fix the part that's off, and that version is what posts.
Which platforms can I post to?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. More coming soon.
Can I use it with my AI?
Yes. SupahPost has its own MCP server, so you paste one link into your AI app and it can work with your accounts. It is included on every plan.
Do I have to share my passwords?
No. You sign in on each platform's own screen and can disconnect at any time.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $29 a month. One flat price, not per seat or per account.

Creating posts
Do I need design skills?
No. The first draft is made for you in your brand. The editor is there for the moments you want to change something.
Can I use my own templates?
Yes. Import your templates as PSD files and bring your own colors and fonts.
What can I start from?
A link, a topic you describe, a list of lines, or one of your own past posts. A list becomes a carousel or a batch of posts in one pass, and an old post becomes a fresh version you can edit.
Will my captions sound like me?
They are written in each account's own voice, learned from the posts that account has already published.
Can I make video?
Yes. The video editor splits clips, changes speed, adds text and exports, in the same place as your graphics.
Scheduling
Which platforms can I schedule to?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
Is there a limit on scheduled posts?
No. Unlimited scheduled posts on every plan.
Can a client see the calendar without an account?
Yes. Share a calendar link. They open it in a browser and can leave comments, with no login.
Can a client comment stop a post going out?
No. Comments on a shared calendar are feedback for you. You decide what changes.
What happens if a platform rejects a post?
You see the platform's reason in plain words, fix it, and send it again.
Analytics and reports
Where do the numbers come from?
From each platform's own data. If a platform does not report a number, you see a gap, not a guess.
Can I track my Facebook earnings?
Yes. For Facebook pages in the Content Monetization program, you see the dollars Meta reports for each post, plus an estimated RPM, what earns the most, and a forecast for the month.
Does it show earnings for Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
Not today. Earnings are shown for Facebook pages in the Content Monetization program.
Can I track my competitors?
Yes, on Instagram. Connect your own Instagram business or creator account, then follow any public business or creator account to see its posts, likes, comments and follower count next to yours.
What files does a report come in?
PowerPoint, PDF, a spreadsheet and CSV. The PowerPoint stays editable.
Can reports run automatically?
A saved report can re-run on a schedule and email you the link when it is ready.
Does a client need an account to see a dashboard?
No. A shared dashboard opens from a link. You can add a password and an expiry date, and switch it off at any time.
Your AI
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard way AI apps connect to other tools. SupahPost has its own MCP server, so your AI can work with your real accounts and numbers.
Which AI apps work?
Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, Muse, OpenClaw, Hermes, Grokbot, Gemini, Gemini CLI and Claude Code, plus any other app that can connect by link.
Does it cost extra?
No. It is included on every plan, and reading your own data is never billed.
Can my AI post without me?
Only if you allow publishing, and it shows you a preview first. You can also keep it to looking, or to filling the calendar.
Can it see my other workspaces?
No. Each connection belongs to one workspace and can never reach another.
Pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days on every plan. A card is taken and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your own settings.
What happens if I go over a limit?
The work still happens, in a slower lane. Nothing is cut off mid-month.
Do you charge per account or per seat?
No. Each plan is one flat price for the accounts and seats it includes.
