Refund Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 8, 2026

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, a prorated refund of unused time on request.

That is the whole rule. The rest of this page says how it works.

1. Your first payment

Your first payment is the first charge on your subscription — on a plan that started with a free trial, it is the charge made when the trial ended. If you ask within 14 days of that charge, we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

The free trial itself charges nothing, so there is nothing to refund: cancel before it ends and you are never charged.

2. After 14 days

After the first 14 days, and on every renewal, you can ask for a prorated refund of the unused time in the period you have paid for. We cancel the subscription at once and refund the part of the month or year from the day you asked to the day the period would have ended. Example: on a yearly plan, asking with four months left gets four twelfths of what you paid back.

3. How to ask

We act on requests within two business days. The money goes back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. What happens to your workspace

A refund ends the subscription. Unless you asked for the workspace to be deleted, nothing is removed: your posts, numbers and connected accounts stay where they are, the workspace goes read-only, and you can start a new plan at any time. A new plan for a customer who has already had a full refund follows the prorated rule in section 2, not the 14-day rule.

5. Who we are

SupahPost is operated by Rocket Visions, LLC, 100 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215, United States, and is sold only in the United States. If a subscription is started from a billing address outside the United States, we cancel it and refund in full anything that was charged, whatever the date. Refunds are issued by Rocket Visions, LLC and appear on your statement under the same name as the charge. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

7. Updates

We may revise this policy. Changes are posted here, and a change that narrows the rule is emailed to subscribers before it applies to them.
