Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

By creating an account or using SupahPost (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

Who we are

SupahPost is operated by Rocket Visions, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, 100 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215, United States ("we", "us"). Charges on your card appear under that name. You can reach us at support@supahpost.com.

Who can use SupahPost

SupahPost is offered only in the United States. It is for people and businesses located in the United States, and by creating an account you confirm that you are located there. It is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or anywhere else outside the United States, we sell subscriptions only to billing addresses in the United States, and we may refuse or close an account that is outside the United States. If a subscription is started from a billing address outside the United States, we cancel it and refund in full anything that was charged.

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to create an account or use the Service. Anyone you invite to your workspace must be 18 or older too. SupahPost is a tool for businesses and creators; it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove that person's account and the personal information we hold about them.

The service

SupahPost lets you create on-brand content, schedule and publish it across the social platforms you connect, and analyze how it performs, alongside publicly available information about the competitor accounts you choose to follow. We provide the Service on a subscription basis; features and limits depend on your plan.

The Service includes a video editor. You can upload video, or import it by pasting a link to a post on X, then cut, arrange, caption, and export it and publish the result to your connected accounts as a Reel, a feed video, or a Story. You are responsible for holding the rights to any video you upload or import, and for the result complying with the rules of the platform you publish it to. Do not import content you are not permitted to use.

Your account

To use certain features you connect your social accounts via OAuth — Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, and, where available to you, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms such as X. You always authorize a connection on that platform's own sign-in screen; SupahPost never asks for and never stores your password for a connected platform. You're responsible for your account, your team members' use, the content you publish, and keeping your credentials secure.

The platforms you connect

Connecting a platform means you are also using that platform, and its rules apply to you there. By connecting one, you agree to comply with its terms, developer rules and content policies, including:

We request only the permissions our features need on each platform, and you can disconnect any account at any time, from SupahPost or from that platform's own settings. A platform may change, restrict or withdraw its API at any time; if that removes a capability, we will say so, but we cannot guarantee any platform's continued availability.

You decide what is posted. SupahPost publishes only what you compose and schedule, to the accounts you choose, and shows you the account — by name or nickname — the content, the caption and the posting options before it goes. Any caption text or hashtag we suggest is yours to edit first, and where a platform requires you to choose a setting such as a privacy level we ask you to choose it rather than picking a default on your behalf. We do not post on your behalf on our own initiative, and we do not add branding or watermarks of our own to your content.

Where we suggest or place an image in a graphic, it is yours to keep, change or remove before the post goes. If you set up automation — a routine, a bulk action, or a connected AI assistant, API key or command-line tool — posts can be scheduled or published without you looking at each one first. They go out because you set that up, and you are responsible for them in exactly the same way.

Which platforms are actually available. As at the date at the top of this page, SupahPost publishes to Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts, YouTube channels and X accounts. Two of those carry a limit that is the platform's own rather than ours: until TikTok and YouTube complete their reviews of our app, a post we publish to them arrives on your account as private — visible to you, and yours to make public. Any other platform named in these terms or in our Privacy Policy cannot be connected today.

Acceptable use

Don't copy or misuse the Service. You must not, and must not let anyone else:

None of this stops you from saying what you think of SupahPost.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

If you break these terms we may limit a feature, suspend your account or close it. Copying the Service, or using it to build a competing product, can harm us in ways that money cannot fully repair. If that happens we may ask a court for an order to stop it, in addition to anything else the law allows.

Connecting your own AI assistant

SupahPost lets you connect your own AI assistant (for example, Anthropic’s Claude) to your workspace via an access key you generate in Settings. The same kind of key is what our API and our command-line tool use, where we make them available to you, and everything in this section applies to them in the same way. This feature is optional. If you use it:

Our reference material is for customers only. The full API contract and the full reference for the AI connection are given only to signed-in customers and to holders of a key. Treat them, and the tool descriptions the Service sends to your AI assistant, as confidential: use them only to use the Service, and do not publish them or pass them to anyone who is building a competing product. This does not stop your own AI assistant from reading them in order to work for you, and it does not cover anything we have published ourselves.

Ending your account

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Workspace data. Only an admin of that workspace can do it, and we ask them to type the workspace's name to confirm, because of what happens next.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, no recycle bin and no restore. Deleting a workspace removes all of its data — connected accounts and the access tokens for them, collected post and audience data, everything created in the Service, uploaded and exported media, scheduled and draft posts, assistant chats and memories, access keys, and every team member's access to it, including the user accounts of members whose home workspace it was. Neither you nor we can recover it afterwards, so export anything you want to keep before you start. What is and is not removed, and how long copies persist in backups, is described in our Privacy Policy.

One thing deletion does not do. Content you already published to a connected platform — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or another — stays on that platform; you manage or delete it there.

Deleting a workspace cancels its subscription immediately. If you are within 14 days of your first payment, the refund is issued automatically and the deletion email confirms it. Otherwise, email support@supahpost.com for a prorated refund of the unused time (see Billing, below).

We may also suspend or terminate an account under the rules above. If we do, we will make a reasonable effort to let you retrieve your content first, except where the law or a platform's rules require otherwise. Material we removed because of a copyright notice is the exception: it may not be retrievable.

After a workspace is deleted we may keep a minimal record of the copyright notices we acted on for it, and we keep the block on the image or source a notice was about, so that the block and our repeat-infringer policy (see Copyright complaints, below) go on working.

Billing

Plans and prices. The plans and their prices are listed at supahpost.com/pricing and shown again, with the exact amount and date of your first charge, before you enter a card. Each plan is sold monthly or yearly, in US dollars, to customers in the United States, paid in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices exclude sales tax; where we are required to collect it, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Free trial. A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, one per person and one per card. We ask for a card at the start and charge nothing during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged to that card at the price shown — the date and the amount are stated on the screen where you agree and again in the email we send the moment the trial starts — unless you cancel before then. If you or your card have already had a trial, we say so before you pay and the plan starts paid.

One trial each. The free trial is for trying SupahPost once. We do not accept sign-ups from temporary or disposable email addresses, and we may refuse or close an account, or end a trial early, if it was opened to take the free trial again.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every month on a monthly plan, every year on a yearly plan — and your card is charged the plan's price each time, until you cancel. We email a receipt for every charge, a reminder before a yearly renewal, and notice at least 7 days before any price change; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing — one button, no questions — or by emailing support@supahpost.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted; you can reactivate whenever you like.

Refunds. A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, a prorated refund of the unused time in the current period, on request. The details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changing plans. You can move between plans at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. An upgrade is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period; a downgrade is credited the same way. We show you what changes before you confirm.

Content ownership

What is ours. SupahPost belongs to Rocket Visions, LLC and its licensors. That covers the software, the website and the app, how they look and are laid out, the designs, templates, presets and sample content we supply, the instructions we give to the AI models the Service uses, our documentation, and our API, AI connection and command-line tool together with the descriptions that come with them. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.

What you may do with it. While your account is in good standing, you may use the Service to create, schedule, publish and analyze your own social content, and that of clients whose accounts you are authorized to manage. That permission is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and we can withdraw it under these terms. Anything these terms do not expressly allow is reserved to us.

What is yours. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish it on your behalf to the accounts you connect. For video, "process" includes the ordinary technical steps of editing and delivery — decoding, re-encoding, resizing, extracting cover frames, and generating the export formats each platform requires.

A template we supply stays ours, but the finished graphic you make from it is yours to publish and to keep after you leave. Some things in the Service belong to other people, such as fonts and the social platforms' own names and logos; they stay theirs. We make no promise that something made with an AI feature can be protected by copyright.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about SupahPost, we may use them freely, for any purpose, without paying you or owing you anything, and you give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to do that. You do not have to send feedback, and this does not cover your content.

Our name and logo. SupahPost™, the SupahPost logo and our product names are trademarks of Rocket Visions, LLC. You may use the name in plain text to say truthfully that you use SupahPost. You may not use our name, logo or look in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you, or in the name of a product, a domain or a social account. Other names and logos that appear in the Service belong to their owners.

Images we find or suggest, and images you import

If your workspace turns it on, SupahPost can search publicly available places on the web for a photo that fits a graphic, suggest photos to you, and place one in the graphic for you. You can also bring in an image by pasting a link to it, or to a page that shows it.

We do not own these images and we do not license them to you. They belong to other people. We do not check who owns an image, and we make no promise that any image is free to use, for any purpose. A suggestion is not permission, and an image being easy to find does not mean you may use it.

You decide what is published, and you are responsible for it. You can remove or replace any image before a post goes out. You are solely responsible for having every right you need for everything your workspace brings in and publishes: the copyright in the image, any trademark or logo in it, the right of the people shown in it to control how their name and likeness are used, and the rules of the platform you post to. That is so however the post goes out, including when a graphic is scheduled or published automatically — by a routine, a bulk action or a connected AI assistant — without you looking at it first.

Editorial and promotional use are different. An advertisement, a sponsored post, or anything that promotes a product or a brand generally needs more permission than a post that reports or comments on something, especially where a person can be recognised, and neither is automatically allowed. If you are not sure you have the rights, do not use the image.

It is off until an admin turns it on. Finding images on the web, and bringing an image into a graphic from a link, are off until an admin of your workspace turns them on in Settings and accepts a short acknowledgement. We keep a record of who accepted it, when, and which wording they accepted. An admin of your workspace can turn them off again at any time in Settings: from then on no image is found on the web or brought in from a link for your workspace, and nothing already there is removed, so the images in your library, the record of where each came from and the graphics made with them stay as they are.

Where an image came from. For each image found on the web or brought in by link, we keep a record of the address it came from, the page it was on where we know it, and when it was brought in. We may give that record to someone who sends us a valid copyright notice about the image, and to anyone the law requires us to give it to.

If the owner of an image asks us to remove it. When we act on a valid notice we may remove the image from your library and from the graphics made with it, and block that image, or the place it came from, from being found or brought in again, in any workspace. We tell your workspace when we do. We also hold back any post still waiting in your schedule that we can match to the removed image: it is not published, and it stays held until you change the picture and schedule it again. We may not be able to match every one, so check what you have scheduled. Removal does not reach a post that has already been published to a platform: you must take that post down yourself. Repeated notices have the consequences set out under Copyright complaints, below.

Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of copyright owners and expect our customers to do the same. If you believe material stored on SupahPost — for example a file uploaded to a workspace, an image that our search found or that a customer brought in by link, or something shown on a link a customer shared — infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):

Copyright Agent, Rocket Visions, LLC, 100 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215, United States · (740) 215-9855 · support@supahpost.com (subject line “Copyright notice”).

Your notice must be in writing and include: (1) the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act for the owner; (2) the copyrighted work you say is infringed or, if one notice covers several works, a representative list of them; (3) the material you say is infringing and want removed, with enough detail for us to find it, such as a link; (4) enough for us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material in the way you complain of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the right you say is infringed or are authorized to act for the owner.

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and promptly tell the customer who stored it. If you are that customer and believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send our agent a written counter-notice containing: your physical or electronic signature; the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district your address is in (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice we promptly send a copy of it to the person who sent the notice, and tell them that we will put the material back in 10 business days. We put it back not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we received the counter-notice, unless our agent first receives notice from that person that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material. When an image is put back it returns to your library and the notice no longer counts against your workspace; graphics that used it are not changed back, so add the image again where you want it.

Repeat infringers. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights. This is how we count notices about images. Valid copyright notices are counted against the workspace that held the image, over a rolling 12 months. One notice counts once against a workspace if it led us to remove at least one image there, however many images it names; a notice that removed nothing new from a workspace does not count against it. At the first, we tell the workspace that an image was removed. At the second, we warn the workspace that one more will turn the feature off. At the third, we turn off finding images on the web, and bringing an image in by link, for that workspace; the images already in its library and its own uploads keep working. Only our team can turn it back on — accepting the acknowledgement again does not — so write to support@supahpost.com. A notice stops counting if we put the material back after a counter-notice or withdraw the notice as mistaken. Notices about other kinds of material are counted in the same way, by a person on our team. Whether to suspend or close an account for repeat infringement is a decision we make ourselves, case by case, and we may make it sooner where the infringement is deliberate or serious.

Content you have already published to a connected platform lives on that platform; a complaint about it goes to that platform's own copyright process. Knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, and we make no promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. In particular, we make no promise that an image we find or suggest, content you import, or anything produced by an AI feature is accurate, is free of other people's rights, or is safe to publish. You use them at your own risk. We aren't liable for actions taken by the connected platforms (including changes to their APIs, rate limits, or account decisions).

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or audience, however it was caused and whatever the legal theory, even if we were told it was possible. Our total liability for all claims arising from these terms or from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) US$100.

These limits do not reduce what you owe under the next section. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Some states do not allow some of these exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

If someone makes a claim because of your content or your use of the Service

To the extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Visions, LLC and its owners, employees and contractors against any claim, demand or legal action brought by someone else, and the losses, damages, settlements, costs and reasonable legal fees that come with it, to the extent it arises from:

We will tell you about the claim promptly; a delay releases you only to the extent it harmed your defence. We may choose to control the defence and settlement ourselves, with lawyers of our choosing, and if we do you will cooperate and remain responsible for the costs above. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our behalf or places an obligation on us unless we agree in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from the Service is brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the place you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. When a change is material, the next time you sign in we show you a short summary of what changed, with the new terms, and ask you to agree before you carry on; we may also tell you by email or in the app. We keep a record of the version you agreed to and when. Until you answer, posts you had already scheduled still go out and access keys you had already made keep working. If you do not agree, do not carry on using the Service. You can still cancel your subscription and delete your account, from that same screen and without agreeing, or by emailing support@supahpost.com. For a change that is not material, continued use after the change means you accept it.
