What a SupahPost report can do

Describe the report you want in one sentence. Pick one of four looks, your brand's colors or ours, then change anything after it is built.

A report in SupahPost starts as one sentence. You type what you want to send someone, and it builds a slide deck, a PDF, a spreadsheet and a CSV from your own numbers. There is no list of report types to choose from. The sentence decides what goes in it.

This guide shows what that sentence can ask for.

Pick how it looks

Every report can wear one of four looks. The Reports tab shows a picture of each one.

  • Dashboard looks like the live dashboard: cards with ink edges, loud headings and your brand's band across every page.
  • Editorial looks like a magazine: warm paper, a serif headline and the top posts shown as big photographs.
  • Executive is calm and dense, for a boardroom: white pages, thin rules and the key figures on the cover.
  • Bold has sports-media energy: a near-black page, tall condensed headlines and high-contrast figures.

You also choose the colors.

  • Brand colors is the default when your brand has colors. They come from your saved colors or your designs. If your brand only has a logo, they are read from the logo.
  • SupahPost colors uses our indigo and paper. Your logo and name stay on it.

Every text color is checked against the color behind it, so a pale brand color never turns into text nobody can read.

If your brand has a logo, it goes on the cover and at the top of every page. The version used is one that can be seen on that page. If you have no logo, the report uses a wordmark: your brand's initials on a square of your color, next to its name.

Ask for what you need

Each of these is something you can type into the box on the Reports tab, or say to your own AI once it is connected.

Every post this month. A full table of every post, not just the top few.

Only one bucket. A report about one kind of post, using a content bucket you have set up.

This month vs last year. The same window a year earlier, side by side.

Account vs account. Two of your accounts, or two of your brands, against each other.

Change it after it is built

A report is a starting point. Tell it what to change, and it makes a new version. The earlier version is kept, so you can go back to it.

Remove the takeaways slide

Rename the trend slide to "Daily momentum"

Use my own summary instead: "A record month, carried by two posts."

If you ask for something a report cannot show, it tells you which part it left out and why. It does not quietly drop it. A number that was never measured shows as a dash, never as a zero.

Keep it and send it again

Say "save this" and the report becomes a template you can run again for any dates. On Pro and above, a template can run itself on a schedule and arrive by email. On Studio and above, you can take SupahPost's name off the files you send to your clients.

Checked 2026-10-22, in the product. Which plan includes scheduled delivery and white-label is on the pricing page, which is the one to trust if this guide and it ever disagree.
