To delete everything: sign in to SupahPost and open Settings → Account → Danger zone. Deleting your workspace removes all of its data — connected accounts and their access tokens, posts and metrics, content and media, schedules and team access — immediately and permanently.
To delete one account's data: open Connections → Accounts, choose Remove on the account, and type its name to confirm. That deletes everything we hold for it — its posts, earnings, audience history and stored access token — and leaves the rest of your workspace, and the account itself on its own platform, untouched.
To revoke our access from the platform's own side — every platform you can connect has a page for this, and each one ends our access to that platform immediately:
Data already collected into a SupahPost workspace is not removed by revoking on the platform's side, because that workspace may belong to a team; remove the account, delete the workspace, or email us, to remove it as well.
Or ask us: email privacy@supahpost.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email you registered with.
